The Time to Market principals are:

Mike Henry

was educated as an electronics engineer, graduated from Leeds University and subsequently carried out postgraduate research in medical computing at the University of Dundee. He has been involved in the development, integration and marketing of software and electronics systems in a wide variety of applications, including aerospace, medicine, process and production control, embedded microprocessor control and document and image management. With Xerox, Mike was the Electronics and Software Manager for a development programme which was used as a pilot for Xerox's Product Development Process. In 1991 Mike joined Crosfield Electronics as a member of the marketing department. He took the lead in developing and implementing the company Product Life Cycle Process (PLP), with the major objective of reducing time to market. Mike now leads; Time to Market as Managing Director of TtM and has undertaken projects with clients in the UK, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Italy, Finland, Russia and India in all aspects of the management of Product and Service Innovation. Mike specialises in generation of Market, Product and Technology Strategy and linkage with Voices of the Customers and Competitive Analysis (VoCCA) and Product Development. Mike has special responsibility for Technology Strategy and Product Definition for clients in the UK, USA and Canada..

Brian Corner

is a qualified Mechanical Engineer who has spent the past 35 years working in the electro-mechanical component industry. The last 20 years were as technical Director of Harwin plc, a UK SME manufacturer of connectors and electronic hardware. Experience with Harwin included new product marketing, technical selling, product / tool and machine design and development and the installation of ISO 9001 procedures. He has been a member of several technical committees for organisations such as the BSI and DTI. At Harwin, Brian was able to introduce many of the Time to Market Best Practices - and found that these could be very quickly implemented in an SME. In January 1998 Brian joined  Time to Market  as a consultant, with special responsibility for the SME Time to Market programme.The TTM principals have also experience of interim management assignments - please contact us for details
