PROJECT MANAGEMENT for PRODUCT
DEVELOPMENT and LAUNCH

2 or 3 days course providing tools and techniques which are
particularly relevant for successful new product developments
including: planning to process, risk management, estimating and
resource planning which can be tailored to individual company needs.
The course is ‘learning by doing’ using worked examples from a
fictitious company.
