RISK REWARD MANAGEMENT

1 to 2 day course which provides in depth understanding the methods and tools for risk management of product development, new product introduction and product management. In addition, it provides ways to manage both reward and risk to achieve product and market profitability.

By the end of the course you should have:

    the overall process or approach to managing Risk, Issues and problems

  • How to challenge assumptions and identify and assess Risk
